Turbinaria scroll corals form large plates.  This Large Polyp Stony coral, LPS for short, can be a slow grower but is fairly hardy.  The LA Lakers Scroll coral has bright yellow/green polyps with a purplish base.  Under high lighting the base will look a brighter purple color and under lower lighting the base can become a darker brownish purple coloration.  We keep ours under a medium light and medium flow.
