Livestock Guarantee

 

All livestock comes with a 5 day Guarantee!

To ensure the health of the animals and fairness to all customers, the following requirements must be met:

1. Acclimation: You must follow our provided acclimation instructions exactly.

2. Pickup & Delivery: If your order is shipped to a UPS/FedEx hold location, the package must be picked up within 1 hour of the center opening. Any delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, delivery changes, missed delivery attempts, or failure to be available will void the guarantee.

3. Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or carrier error are not covered under this guarantee.

4. Frag Handling: Do not remove the coral from its mount. If a frag becomes detached during shipping, please send clear photos of the coral inside the sealed bag within 1 hour of delivery.

 

If You Experience a Livestock Loss:

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery using the chat button at the bottom right of www.SaltCritters.com. Please include clear, non-blue photos of the coral in your tank and your order number. Do not discard the livestock until your claim is approved, as additional photos may be required. We respond to all claims within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Approved claims will be issued as store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit has no cash value and may be used toward any future purchase.

SaltCritters reserves the right to void the livestock guarantee if we believe the aquarium conditions are unsuitable for maintaining healthy livestock, including but not limited to:  Improper temperature, Poor water quality, Incompatible tank mates, Inadequate lighting or flow, or Neglect.
