Previously known as Algae Buster, Reef Flux is a fluconazole treatment that is effective against certain fungal fish infections such as Ichthyophonus hoferi and Saprolegnia. It contains no fillers or additives and is lab tested for purity. A notable side-effect of fluconazole is that it is extremely detrimental to bryopsis algae.
To avoid unintended nutrient spikes it should not be used in tanks with Bryopsis or Caulerpa refugiums.
Directions: Turn off skimmer for first 3 days. Activated carbon and phosphate remover can be used after 3 days, but remove other chemical filtration. Empty 1 capsule for every 10 gallons of tank water (20mg per gallon) into high flow area in sump. After 14 days perform a minimum 30% water change. Do not overdose. Filter socks are recommended during treatment in order to help clean the aquarium.

In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately. In case of accidental tank overdose, the medication can be removed using Purigen.

Reef Flux is reef safe for fish and invertebrates as long as it is dosed correctly.
Can Reef Flux affect my nitrates and phosphates?
It is possible that Reef Flux can raise nutrients as it treats your tank, especially if there is a Bryopsis or Caulerpa refugium. This is why it is a good reason to use filter socks while treating fungal fish infections with Reef Flux.
Does this seem like a lot of packaging for 10 capsules?
We received feedback from stores while developing Reef Flux, and many had shoplifting concerns with smaller packaging sizes. Another issue is that for legal reasons there is necessary information on the label that needs to be legible. As a result the packaging size was adjusted to fix any concerns.

1. You must follow our acclimation instructions.
2. If you had us ship your items to a UPS/Fedex center for pickup, you must pick the package up within 2 hours of the center opening.
3. Don't delay the delivery of the package in anyway.
4. Don't remove the frag from the mount. If it falls off during shipping you must send us pictures of the item, in the sealed bag, within two hours of delivery.
If you have a livestock death please contact us via our contact form, within 14 days of delivery, with clear photos of the item in your tank and on a sheet of paper along with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends or holidays.
Please don't discard the livestock until we give you the ok as we may require you to send the dead livestock back for store credit.
We use the delivery time and date stated on the tracking information as the delivery time and date.
We will issue you store credit for the dead livestock once it has been properly submitted and approved, we do not issue refunds for livestock under any circumstances. Store credit does not cover shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We must receive pictures of any dead on arrival livestock within 2 hours of delivery.

Our pictures are taken under the Zetlight ZP3600 LED. We try to post two pictures of each coral to give you a better idea to how it may look in your tank. We take one picture with all the leds at full power and one picture with just the blue and violet leds at full power. We can't guarantee an exact color match. So many factors, monitor settings, your eyes, and types of lighting affect color, so it is impossible for us to guarantee an exact color match. We have two pickup options for our local customers.
You can meet us at 3pm Tuesday - Thursday at the Greencastle Walmart.
Friday at 3pm at the Brazil Walmart.
Please put what day you want to meet in the order notes. We usually need a day notice. Time is tight so we will only be at these locations for 10min. We will be in a Black Tesla Model 3 at the back of the parking lot (Near the road) in the open so we are easy to find.
